ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The www.norze777.pl Store operates under the basic principles set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions specify the terms and conditions for terminating product sales contracts and the complaint procedure, as well as individual and range of electronic services provided by the www.norze777.pl Store, rules for accessing these services, and conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services.
Each service user, currently using the registration system used to access the www.norze777.pl Store's Electronic Services, is obligated to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the following provisions shall apply:
The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002,
The Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014,
The Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes of September 23, 2016,
The Civil Code of April 23, 1964, and other provisions of Polish law.
§ 2
DEFINITIONS CONTAINED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDER FORM – a form available on the website www.norze777.pl enabling the submission of orders.
CUSTOMER – A Service User who enters into or terminates a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
CONSUMER – A natural person who is associated with the entrepreneur in activities directly related to its related or derivative activities.
ENTREPRESENTATIVE – A natural person, legal entity, organizational unit other than a person whose access rights are available, or a representative in its own article regarding its scope or scope.
PRODUCT – A movable item available in the Store constituting a sales agreement between the customer and the seller.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – The provisions of the Store's terms and conditions.
STORE – The Service Provider's online store at www.norze777.pl.
SELLER, SERVICE PROVIDER – NORZE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
SALES AGREEMENT – Product Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.
ORDER – the customer's declaration of intent included in the basic offer of the product sales agreement with the Seller.
PRICE – the value expressed in financial units; your customer is obligated to sell the Product.
§ 3
INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCTS AND ORDERING THEM
The store www.norze777.pl sells products online.
Products manufactured in the Store are new, compliant with the contract, and legally operating on the Polish market.
The information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law. By placing an Order, the Customer is making an offer to purchase the product under the terms specified in its description.
The Product price displayed on the Store's website is given in Polish zloty (PLN) and includes all parameters. The price does not include shipping costs.
Orders can be checked online using the Order Form (Sklep www.norze777.pl) – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The condition for enforcing orders in the Store is that the customer reads the Terms and Conditions and accepts their provisions at the time of ordering.
§ 4
CONCLUSION OF A SALES AGREEMENT
To conclude a sales agreement, the customer must first place an order using the method provided by the seller, in accordance with § 3 points 5 and 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
After placing the order, confirmation of its receipt is provided.
Confirmation of receipt of orders, referred to in point 2, is sent to the customer via email, linking the order to the customer. Confirmation of receipt of the shipment is provided via email.
Confirmation of order receipt includes:
a labeling of all order items,
a withdrawal form,
Regulatory Regulations regarding instructions on the right to withdraw from the contract.
Upon receipt of the email from the Customer, as described in Section 4 of this paragraph, the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller is extended.
The Sales Agreement will be confirmed by the receipt attached to the Product.
§ 5
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Solution Provider:
payment via an electronic payment system.
In the case of payment via an electronic payment system, the Customer receives payment before the order is processed. The electronic payment system allows for payment by card or quick transfer from selected Polish banks.
