Returns and Refunds Policy: You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the date on which a third party designated by you, not acting as a carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at info@norze777.com.

 We will issue a refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Returns Policy:

For an item to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days

The item is in its original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or highly personalized items.

 Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as items that spoil quickly or have expired.

Items that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and were unpacked after delivery.

Items that, due to their nature, will be inextricably mixed with other items after delivery.

 We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the above return conditions.

The decision regarding returns is at our sole discretion.

Return of Goods

The customer bears the costs and risks associated with returning the item to us.

Please include your order number with your package.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping.

 For this reason, we recommend using insurance and a tracking service.

We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation of receipt of the return shipment.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item.

Once we receive the returned item, the gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift recipient shipped the order to themselves and then gave it to you, we will send a refund to the gift recipient.
