How long does shipping take?
Orders on ready made items ship within 24-48 hours.
Items labeled as "made to order" are created after an order is placed, the standard waiting time is 2-4 weeks.
After an order is dispatched, the shipping takes :
1 working day for Poland
2-3 working days for all of Europe
5-8 working days for United States
All orders ship from Poland.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if for any reason the item you ordered does not meet you expectations, we will happily accept your return.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from recieving your order.

Where are your items made?
All our products are designed, sewn and finished in Poland.
Will I need to pay any extra customs duties or fees?
No, all the duties, taxes, and fees are included in the final checkout price. This is true for all countries, and regions we ship to.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number is sent automatically after dispatch of your order. If you did not receive this number, please contact us here.
